These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Gang (the "App", "Service"). By using Gang, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

By creating an account or using Gang, you agree to these Terms of Service.

These Terms also serve as Gang's end user license agreement ("EULA"). Gang grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App only as permitted by these Terms. For downloads through Apple's App Store, Apple's standard EULA applies to the extent required by Apple's platform terms.

Gang ("Gang", "we", "us") provides a school-based, anonymous compliments and polls experience.

You may use Gang only if:

• you can legally form a binding contract where you live, and
• you meet any minimum age requirement under local law.

If you are not allowed to use the Service, do not use it.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and access methods.
• You agree that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe create risk for the Service or users.

Gang is designed so that votes and compliments are generally anonymous to recipients, but the Service is not fully or permanently anonymous.

• Recipients generally cannot see who voted or sent a compliment unless a reveal feature is available and used.
• Other users may be able to pay for, subscribe to, earn, or otherwise access features that reveal the sender of a vote, compliment, message, or similar interaction.
• We may store internal identifiers and logs to operate the Service, prevent abuse, enforce policy, and support optional features.

By creating an account, using Gang, or submitting votes, compliments, messages, or similar interactions, you understand and agree that your sender identity may be revealed through those features.

You agree not to attempt to identify or harass other users based on content in the app.

A. Harassment and harmful behavior

• bully, harass, threaten, stalk, dox, or target people
• encourage self-harm, violence, or hate
• post sexual content involving minors or exploitative content of any kind

B. Illegal or abusive activity

• use the Service for illegal purposes
• impersonate someone else or misrepresent your affiliation
• spam, manipulate, or artificially inflate activity (bots, scripts, fake accounts)

C. Platform misuse

• reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to access non-public areas
• circumvent security, rate limits, or moderation
• interfere with Service operation (malware, exploits, DDOS, or other attacks)

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts for violations.

Gang has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Users may not post, submit, generate, or engage in content or behavior that includes bullying, harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual exploitation, self-harm encouragement, violence, impersonation, spam, or other abusive or unsafe conduct. We may remove violating content and suspend or permanently ban users who violate these Terms.

"User Content" includes anything you submit or generate through the Service (for example profile details, poll interactions, reports, and support messages).

A. Your responsibility

You are responsible for your User Content and your actions in the Service.

B. License to operate the Service

You grant Gang a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, use, reproduce, and display your User Content only as needed to operate, improve, and keep the Service safe.

C. Content moderation

We may review, remove, restrict, or disable access to content that violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.

Gang provides tools to report content or users and to block abusive users. Reports are reviewed, and we may remove violating content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who violate these Terms.

You agree:

• not to misuse reporting tools (false reports or harassment via reporting)
• that we may take enforcement action (warnings, feature limits, suspensions, or bans)

We are not required to act on every report, but we make reasonable efforts to keep the Service safe.

A. Termination by you

You can stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion in-app from Profile > Settings > Account controls > Delete account or by contacting gangapp.official@gmail.com.

Account deletion does not cancel Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions. See Section 10 for subscription cancellation details.

B. Termination by us

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• you violate these Terms,
• your use creates risk or legal exposure,
• we must do so to comply with law, or
• the Service is discontinued.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service stops immediately.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Statement: Privacy Policy.

Gang may offer paid features, including the God Mode subscription.

• Product name: God Mode Weekly.
• God Mode Weekly auto-renews weekly until canceled.
• Paid or subscription features may include reveal features that show who sent a vote, compliment, message, or similar interaction.
• The price is shown in-app from the store and RevenueCat before purchase and may vary by country, currency, taxes, and store rules.
• Purchases, renewals, and billing are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
• Deleting your Gang account or uninstalling the app does not cancel billing.
• Restore purchases is available in-app if you need to restore an active purchase on the same platform account.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law:

• We disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We do not guarantee that content will be accurate, safe, or acceptable to everyone.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Gang will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Gang's total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability, or USD 50 if you paid nothing.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gang from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• your use of the Service,
• your violation of these Terms, or
• your violation of laws or third-party rights.

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time.

• If changes are material, we may provide notice in-app or by other reasonable means.
• Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

If a dispute arises:

1. Contact us first at gangapp.official@gmail.com to try to resolve informally.
2. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

• If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent.
• We may assign our rights and obligations as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale.
