Delete in the app
You can delete your account from Profile > Settings > Account controls > Delete account.
Before you submit
Use this form to request account removal, personal information deletion, or another privacy-related action if you cannot complete deletion in the app.
Include the phone number tied to your Gang account and enough detail for us to identify the right account or content. We may ask you to verify ownership before completing the request.
What deletion covers
Account deletion removes or redacts normal app identity and account information where feasible.
Some records may be retained when needed for safety, enforcement, audits, fraud prevention, payment or subscription records, and legal obligations.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Gang account does not cancel Apple App Store or Google Play billing. You must cancel any active subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
